Apologies, readers, for going AWOL late last year. We were all a bit distracted, with end of year activities, unhappy family news, travel and overall tiredness getting the better of us. But we are back, and plan to bake, bake, bake!

We say goodbye to Anna, one of our founding bakers. She has contributed so much creativity in each challenge, and we wish her all the best in her future cooking and baking adventures. We may see her back, time to time, as a guest baker but for now, we bid her adieu.

And with goodbyes come new hellos… welcome to Grace, our newest member! With our different backgrounds, we all bring something new to each challenge, and we look forward to seeing what she has in store for us within each theme. You can read more about her here.

Our challenges will be every two months, as they were last year. But we may surprise you with some pop up themes along the way when we’re on a baking bender!

january-february 2016: allergy free

Apologies for our absence late last year. We’ve got a few new changes to share, but we’ll get to that in another post! Firstly, Happy New Year! We wish all our readers a wonderful 2016 full of amazing sweet treats and relaxing baking sessions!
