4 cups Rice Bubbles / Rice Krispies
125 grams butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup malt powder (eg Horlicks)
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Add brown sugar, malt powder, golden syrup and honey. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Mix in Rice Bubbles and peanuts. Stir well.
Line a slice tin with baking paper. Press mixture into tin and cool.
Use a sharp knife to cut into squares.
